Natasha
Haughton is branded as “motivation beyond the moment.” She is
the President and Founder of Vision Manifest.com, a Life and
Business Success coaching and training company with a mission
is to touch, teach and inspire people how to transform their
potential into measurable success. |
She has created an organization and team based on her strong
knowledge and expertise in strategic planning, leadership development,
problem solving, marketing, general management, and coaching.
Natasha works with people of various levels and backgrounds
to clarify their vision, surpass their hidden potential, and
increase their effectiveness while attaining personal and customer
satisfaction. She partners with entrepreneurs, professionals
and families whose desires are to make life their business plan
for success.
As
a Professor of Professional Development, Natasha guides individuals,
companies and service professionals in building their vision
realizing extraordinary results. Vision Manifest.com is a catalyst
for Natasha to speak and teach on the subjects of transition,
career success, leadership, marketing, personal action planning
and discovering ones passions in life. In addition to her business,
Natasha is also co-Founder of Integrated Vision for Youth, Inc.,
a youth leadership and environmental awareness organization
cultivating young and emerging leaders how to be unstoppable
in life.
As
Founder of Integrated Vision for Youth, Inc, Natasha developed
and implemented a curriculum series of leadership and life
skills coaching for young people. Natasha devised funding
and program strategies initiating success planning, literacy
and education collaboration with schools and organizations
all over the country, and well as several parts of the world.
Prior
to launching Vision Manifest.com, Natasha held positions in
recruitment, training, management, and marketing for both
the private and non- profit sector. In her roles, she always
led a team of people towards creating high morale and synergy
for the companies' mission and their personal vision. Natasha
is well known for her high and magnetic energy, getting to
the bottom line and her compelling and constant wins in creating
excellence and lasting results.
Natasha
earned a Masters degree in Public Administration/ Strategic
Planning from Kean University, in Union New Jersey. Some of
her affiliations include National Organization of Women Business
Owners, Results Life Coaching, The Children's Defense Fund
and Coachville.
Natasha
lives in New Jersey where she enjoys traveling, being around
good people, eating great tasting vegetarian food, dancing,
reading, and laughing hard! She is currently completing her
first book, Manifest Your Vision… Now. Natasha is truly an inspiration
of living her passions and teaching others how to do the same
no matter what the obstacle.
